A small support team answers the same handful of questions many times a day. Consistency and warmth are usually the cost of speed. Here is how Cue could make them the default instead.

Support at volume has a dirty secret: the fortieth answer tends to be written by a more tired person than the first, even when it is the same person. Templates fix consistency and kill it at the same time, because customers can smell a macro.

Drafts grounded in the ticket

Keep the help desk in the browser and Cue on the key. For each ticket, a tap can draft from the actual thread on screen: the customer’s words, the order details in the sidebar, the history above. Not a template with blanks, a reply to this person.

  • Consistent tone from the first reply of the day to the last
  • Edge cases stay human: the writer reads everything before it sends
  • New-teammate onboarding can lean on the house voice already in the drafts

Templates answer categories. Cue answers customers.

The dictation angle

There is an internal win too: bug reports. Narrate the repro steps out loud while clicking through them, hold the key, and clean numbered prose can land in the issue tracker. The umms and “wait, scratch that” do not have to make it to the engineers.

Templates answer categories. Cue is built to answer the customer in front of you, in one house voice, with a person still reading every reply.
